E.B.F. Meadows


EBF meaning Edwin B Forsythe National Wildlife Refuge. A beautiful preservation. Alternate title: Here There be Greenheads!...they were fierce! 8x10

Now that is beautiful! Is all this close to where you live? We have a Nationl Wildlife reservation here too. It's called Wheeler. I love to go there and watch the birds and the animals. It crosses both sides of the Tennessee River where the Flint River flows in from the south. I am so thankful we had leaders who cared about such things.

It's about twenty minutes from my home. The area fills with migrating waterfowl in the fall and spring.... The ironic part is that it also offers a terrific view of the Atlantic City Skyline.
I'm a deep lover of Wildlife Reservations and National Parks...this country we live in is absolutely magnificant in its natural wonders.

This is a beautiful painting. I love the rhythm in it, and the way you worked the grasses and textures. The colors are beautiful and harmonious too.

I am impressed with your depiction of the clouds. Living down here, I know the skyline and you really captured the look!
