I went out to do a painting of the wetlands, but it was these flowers in the parking lot that really caught my eye. 5x7

- I've painted on the side all my life. In 2005 I started painting full time. Starting with the trompe L'oeil series "Scatter Paintings" and small "Daily" paintings. I love the Queen Anne's Lace. Ours has already dried up for the year. I meant to get a photo of it before then. Great painting. Love the nature ones a lot.
