I've always liked having a flower on my kitchen window sill to look at while doing the dishes. That's why you may have noticed this set up before! 8x10

- I've painted on the side all my life. Following a back injury, I started painting full time in 2004. My first body of work was the trompe L'oeil series "Scatter Paintings". At the same time I became a Daily Painter in the blogoshpere. In 2007 I made an about turn to plein air work and Landscape painting...a subject and style that still keeps me captivated. In 2020 I developed an allergy to oils and began transitioning to water based media.This internet diary keeps track of my progress. Unless noted, all the paintings posted on this blog are for Sale.
